How To: Herbal Infusion

Herbs can be a wonderful addition to your self-healthcare routines. One of the many ways you can receive herbal support is through an infusion. An infusion is, essentially, a strongly brewed tea. Here is a recipe for a basic herbal infusion that is considered safe to use in pregnancy, postpartum and throughout your life.

As always, check with your care provider if you have any questions about herbs you are taking or want to take.
